Methods of Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard via Paypal and through phoning our customer service department. You may also pay by Email Transfer. We accept cash if you are picking up at our Toronto location.
Prices and Sales Taxes
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars. Prices are subject to change. Sales Taxes are based on the province of Ontario. For example, Ontario orders are subject to GST and PST.
Shipping and Pick-up Information
Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. When your order has been shipped, we will e-mail you with a tracking number. We send out all parcels via Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx or UPS.
Shipping & Handling Fees
Flat shipping rate of $16.95 to anywhere in Canada. If ordering items such as vases or larger items, you will be contacted via phone/e-mail within 24 hours of placing your order with the shipping rate.
Orders over $200 (before taxes) will receive free shipping.
Delivery Time
Most orders ship within 3-4 business days from when the order was placed. In the event you require a rush order, please email or call us at 647-233-8654. Additional cost will apply.
No Minimum Order Requirement!

Return Policy
We pride ourselves in carrying quality products.
Rest assure, if you need to return a product, please contact us. We will accept authorized returns within 14 days of purchase as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging.
Contact us to receive your RA# (Return Authorization Number).When we receive the returned item(s), we will process your return electronically within 1 week. Shipping charges are non-refundable. You are also responsible for any shipping fees for the returns. If any items have arrived to you damaged, please contact us right away.
Sale items, personalized items and wedding favours are final sale and cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
